During our Christmas stay, we really enjoyed the beautiful surroundings of the lodge and the well-maintained chalets. the view from our chalet was absolutely stunning, and we appreciated the high-end amenities provided. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay more comfortable.
There were a few aspects that we were not entirely satisfied with. the pool was unheated and extremely cold during the winter months, which made it unusable for us.

It was difficult to find the hotel as there were no clear directions, causing us to waste precious time searching for it. The lack of signage along the main road made it even more challenging to locate the hotel.
